What is Plastic Injection Mould
Injection moulding is the most important processing technique for ‘thermoplastics’ – also known as plastic in English .
In plastic injection moulding, also called plastic moulding , plastic granules or powder are melted and then – as a liquid mass – injected under high pressure into an injection mould (a mould), the cavity of which has the shape of the desired product. By cooling, the plastic solidifies and the product takes its shape. The entire injection molding process (the injection moulding cycle ) comprises a total of seven steps and is in most cases fully automatic.

Injection Mould Making Service
Injection molding involves seven key systems: the Gating System guides molten plastic to the cavities through runners, sprues, gates, and collects initial solidified material in the Cold Slug Well.
